American cooking magazine that comes out every other month. It does a lot of recipe testing and gives detailed instructions. It also evaluates cooking equipment, food brands, and ingredients.

Link that connects to Gourmet and Bon Appetit magazines. Both have recipes and articles that relate to cooking and dining.

Food & Wine
Magazine that’s a great source for recipes, stories about famous chefs, information on national food events and fine wine.

The New York Times Dining and Wine Section
Appears in The New York Times newspaper every Wednesday. It has articles on food trends, chefs, and restaurant reviews.

Prochef Smart Brief
Online newsletter from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. It gives up-to-date new of the food and restaurant industry.

Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) works with public schools across the nation to prepare high school students for college and career opportunities in the restaurant and hospitality industry. A national nonprofit, C-CAP provides teacher training, scholarships, cooking competitions, job shadows, training and internships, college and career advising, and product and equipment donations.
