20th Anniversary Benefit

GOAL
To raise funds for the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP), an organization that works with public schools across the nation to prepare underserved students for college and careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The 20-year-old national nonprofit provides teacher training, scholarships and cooking competitions, job training and internships, college and career advising, and product and equipment donations.

FORMAT
Enjoy a grand tasting of culinary creations from over 30 of New York’s best known chefs, assisted by C-CAP students and alumni, while sipping superb wines and exquisite champagne. Take advantage of the once-in-a-lifetime culinary and travel packages by bidding on items in our silent auction.
