The C-CAP Summer Internship Program is designed to expose high school culinary students to the foodservice industry by providing them with hands-on, “real-life” work experience.

Students must be prepared to work a minimum of 30 hours per week for approximately 7-weeks. If you are ready to commit to your goal of working in the culinary field, then dedicate this summer to working with a professional chef or top restaurant.

C-CAP’s 2012 Summer Job Training: Application is closed. Please contact (212) 974-7111.
